When Françoise decided to start Oncia Community, it was directly obvious to us that IBA should de part of the initiative. She introduced us to the comprehensive care approaches and their proven clinical outcomes. We always look at how IBA can meaningfully contribute to patients’ treatment outcomes and comfort and the idea resonated well with many employees in the company. We visited Maggie’s cancer center, talked to doctors and patients close and far away from our headquarters and were amazed by the support given to cancer patients around the world, and the need for more! Oncia Community will amplify this movement and it is a privilege for IBA to be part of the journey!

Becoming a member of Oncia Community seemed obvious to us as a public utility foundation, our primary mission being to contribute to public health. The medical benefit of the radioelements and radiopharmaceuticals that we develop is to provide the most accurate and earliest diagnosis and the most effective treatments for Cancer. Beyond the use of these essential drugs, we are convinced that comprehensive patient management is necessary to improve their quality of life and is also proven on their prognosis. Bringing our small piece to the global cancer care through our day-to-day work and projects is already something engaging and fulfilling for the whole JEMA team.
